SyteKicks is a subscription-based website service. We build your website, host it, and keep it updated for a predictable monthly price.

Who is SyteKicks for?

Small and local businesses, solo founders, service-based companies, and non-technical owners who want a professional site without managing the details.

How long does it take to launch?

Starter & Basic: 5–7 business days. Plus: 7–10 business days. Timelines begin once onboarding information is received.

What counts as an “update”?

Includes: text edits, image swaps, existing product edits, minor layout adjustments within an existing template.

Does not include: new pages, custom layouts, new features, third-party integrations. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.

Do unused updates roll over?

No. Updates reset each month and do not roll over.

Can I add more pages later?

Yes. Additional pages are $75 one-time per page and use existing templates. Custom layouts or complex pages are quoted separately.

Do you offer unlimited edits?

No. Each plan includes a set number of updates to keep pricing fair and predictable.

What about SEO?

SEO is built into every plan (site structure, titles, metadata, and image optimization basics). Higher tiers include directory listings and ongoing improvements. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or sales.

Do you provide images?

Yes. If you don’t supply images, SyteKicks uses curated stock or AI-generated images. Image selection is not part of the revision process. You may provide your own images if preferred.

Can I cancel anytime?

Starter & Basic: month-to-month. Plus: requires a 3-month minimum commitment.

What happens if I cancel Plus early?

If you cancel before completing the 3-month minimum, the remaining balance for the minimum term is still due. Your site will be discontinued after the paid period ends.

Who owns my website?

You own your domain and content. Templates, layouts, and internal systems used to build the site remain the property of SyteKicks.

Is SyteKicks a marketing agency?

No. SyteKicks is a productized website service, not a full-service marketing agency.
