Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SyteKicks services. By purchasing or using any SyteKicks service, you agree to these terms.

SyteKicks provides professional websites for local businesses and non-profit organizations through monthly service plans that include hosting, mobile-responsive design, website care, and updates based on the selected plan.

1. How Pages and Sections Work

A page is one destination on a website (for example: Home, About, Services, Contact, Donate, or Shop). A section is one part of a page. Most SyteKicks websites use sections so the site stays clear, organized, and easier to update.

2. What Counts as an Update

A website update is a requested change to existing website content.

• Replacing or revising text
• Swapping an image
• Updating contact information, service details, business hours, or links
• Adding or changing products and gallery images when included in the plan

Customers must provide the required text, images, product details, gallery items, links, and business information for each update. SyteKicks can lightly clean up or reword customer-provided text, but the customer must approve final content before publication.

Starter Plan

• $65 per month
• One-time setup fee: $99 (non-refundable)
• Minimum commitment: none
• 1-page website with up to 7 homepage sections
• Hosting, mobile responsive design, basic SEO setup, annual SEO refresh
• 1 website update per month
• Up to 1 additional page available at $75 per page

Optional contact page/form: $75 one-time fee.

Growth Plan

• $110 per month
• One-time setup fee: $199 (non-refundable)
• Minimum commitment: none
• Up to 5 pages
• Hosting, mobile responsive design, standard SEO setup, SEO refresh twice per year
• 1 business directory setup
• 2 website updates per month
• Up to 3 additional pages available at $75 per page

For Growth, up to 5 section changes count as 1 update.

Plus Plan

• $325 per month
• One-time setup fee: $399 (non-refundable)
• Minimum commitment: 3 months
• Up to 16 pages
• Hosting, mobile responsive design, full SEO setup, quarterly SEO refresh
• 3 to 5 business directory setups
• Analytics included
• E-commerce included for up to 10 products
• 4 website updates per month
• Up to 10 additional pages available at $75 per page

Product additions count as an update. SyteKicks can add up to 5 products per update when customer product details and images are provided.

4. Customer-Provided Materials

Customers are responsible for providing materials needed for setup and updates, including text, images, product information, links, policies, documents, logos, social links, and other required business details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate, current, and legally appropriate, including business details, pricing, service descriptions, product information, testimonials, claims, legal disclaimers, and contact details.

5. Rights to Materials

Customers must have legal rights or permission to use all materials submitted to SyteKicks, including logos, photos, graphics, written content, product images, testimonials, documents, and downloadable files. Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted materials do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

6. Update Limits and Out-of-Scope Work

Included updates apply to standard content changes under the active plan.

Included updates do not include full redesigns, custom features, custom development, complex integrations, branding work, logo design, or emergency turnaround requests.

Out-of-scope requests may require a separate quote. Unused updates do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

7. Additional Pages

• Additional page cost: $75 per page
• Starter: up to 1 additional page
• Growth: up to 3 additional pages
• Plus: up to 10 additional pages

Requests beyond plan limits may require a plan upgrade or separate quote.

8. Payments, Missed Payments, and Service Interruption

SyteKicks websites are provided as an active monthly service. Monthly payments cover hosting, maintenance, support, and included updates.

If payment is missed, SyteKicks will send a reminder and allow a short grace period. If payment is not received by the 5th day after the due date, service may be interrupted and the website may be taken offline until the account is current.

To restore an interrupted website, the account must be brought current and a restoration fee may apply (60% of setup fee): Starter $60, Growth $120, Plus $240.

9. Minimum Commitment, Cancellation, and Reactivation

• Starter and Growth have no minimum commitment and may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Plus has a 3-month minimum commitment.
• If Plus is canceled before 3 months are complete, the remaining balance for the full minimum commitment is due.

All setup fees, completed monthly service payments, restoration fees, and completed custom work are non-refundable. If a canceled website is restarted later, a new setup fee or restoration fee may apply.

10. Domain and Third-Party Services

If SyteKicks purchased or set up a domain as part of service, domain registration remains active through the registration term, even if website service is interrupted for non-payment.

Websites may depend on third-party services (for example: domain providers, Stripe, booking tools, email providers, analytics tools, e-commerce platforms). SyteKicks is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, billing issues, or platform decisions.

11. Regulated Businesses and Prohibited Activity

SyteKicks may decline, pause, or cancel service for businesses that require special legal or compliance review, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, cannabis, supplements, adult content, weapons, gambling, and donation-heavy fundraising contexts.

SyteKicks does not create, host, or maintain websites for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity. If prohibited activity is discovered, service may be suspended or terminated immediately, the website may be taken offline, and no refunds will be issued for setup fees, service payments, restoration fees, or completed work.

12. Temporary Suspension

SyteKicks may temporarily suspend service due to missed payments, security concerns, suspected illegal activity, prohibited content, third-party issues, fraud concerns, or other legal/technical risk. Service may remain suspended until the issue is resolved.
