Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SyteKicks (“SyteKicks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using any SyteKicks service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SyteKicks provides a subscription-based website service that includes website setup, hosting, maintenance, and limited updates based on the plan selected.

2. Plans & Pricing

Plan details, pricing, setup fees, and included features are published on the Pricing page and are considered part of these Terms.

3. Setup Fees

  • All plans include a one-time setup fee
  • Setup fees are non-refundable
  • Setup covers onboarding, configuration, initial design, build, and launch

4. Minimum Commitment (Plus Plan)

The Plus plan requires a minimum 3-month commitment.

Early cancellation

  • If you cancel Plus before completing the 3-month minimum term, the remaining balance for the minimum term is still due
  • Your website remains active only through the end of the paid period
  • After the paid period ends, the website will be discontinued
  • No refunds are issued for setup fees or unused time

5. Cancellations (After Minimum Term)

  • Starter and Basic are month-to-month
  • Plus may be canceled after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice
  • No partial-month refunds are provided
  • Service continues through the end of the billing cycle

6. Updates & Scope

What counts as an update

  • Text edits
  • Image swaps
  • Product edits (existing products only)
  • Minor layout adjustments within an existing template

What is not included

  • New pages
  • Custom layouts
  • New features
  • Integrations or advanced functionality

Out-of-scope requests may be quoted separately. Unused updates do not roll over.

7. Additional Pages & Add-Ons

  • Additional pages are $75 one-time per page (template-based)
  • Custom designs or complex pages are quoted separately
  • Optional add-ons are billed separately as listed on the Pricing page

8. Images & Content

  • SyteKicks may use curated stock or AI-generated images if client-provided images are unavailable
  • Image selection is not part of the revision process
  • Images are not intended to represent specific people, locations, or products
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they provide

9. SEO Disclaimer

SyteKicks provides SEO setup and ongoing improvements based on the selected plan. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Results depend on competition and external factors.

10. Hosting & Third-Party Platforms

Hosting is included based on plan. Platform limitations may apply. SyteKicks is not responsible for limitations imposed by third-party platforms.

11. Ownership

Clients own their domain and content. Templates, layouts, internal systems, and tooling remain the property of SyteKicks. Exports are provided only when supported by the platform in use.

12. Support

Support is provided via email. Typical response time is 1–2 business days. Rush or emergency requests may incur additional fees.

13. Fair Use

SyteKicks plans are designed for small to medium-sized businesses. Excessive requests or repeated redesigns may require a plan upgrade or custom pricing.

14. Payments, Billing & Non-Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
  • Taxes are handled by the billing provider where applicable

Non-Payment & Data Removal

  • If service is suspended or terminated due to unpaid fees, the website may be taken offline without further notice
  • All website content, copy, images, and files may be permanently deleted
  • SyteKicks does not guarantee recovery of any content after termination
  • Once the scheduled cancellation or termination date has passed, all data is considered unrecoverable
  • Clients are responsible for requesting any content exports before service termination

15. Termination

SyteKicks may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

SyteKicks may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
